By booking with Huracan Pro Auto Detailing, you agree to the following.
What we do
Mobile auto detailing. We come to you within our published service area, and we bring our own water and power — you do not need to provide either.
Booking and pricing
Published prices depend on the package and the size of the vehicle. If the condition of the vehicle calls for additional work, we will tell you before we do it.
Access and preparation
We need to be able to reach the vehicle and work around it. Please take your personal belongings out before the appointment — we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
Cancellations
You can cancel or move your appointment at any time. We appreciate as much notice as you can give, because we hold the time and the drive for you.
If we arrive and cannot do the work — no access to the vehicle, or nobody is there — we will try to reach you to reschedule.
Our work
We do the work carefully. If something is not right, tell us the same day and we will put it right.
Detailing cannot repair pre-existing damage. Some scratches, stains and fading are permanent, and we will tell you up front when we see it.
