When you book, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the address where you want the service, and your vehicle details.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card data goes directly to them — it never reaches our systems.

To do the work and talk to you about it: confirm your appointment, know where to drive, send reminders, and give you a receipt.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We only text you if you tick the box when booking. The box is not ticked by default.

Messages are about your booking: confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your SMS consent and phone number are not shared with third parties or sold to anyone, for any purpose.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to remove you by calling or emailing.

We use service providers to run the business: Amazon Web Services (hosting and data), Stripe (payments), and Google Maps (to locate addresses and work out drive times). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We keep appointment and payment records for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will, except for anything we are legally required to retain.
